Backed by experienced leadership, with a clear growth focused strategy.
iMoney Funds Management Pty Ltd is a newly established funds management firm, wholly owned by iMoney Holdings Ltd

We act with transparency, fairness and a commitment to doing what’s right.

We back visionary thinkers and original solutions with conviction and long-term support.

We invest where it counts, driving better health outcomes, community resilience, and environmental regeneration.

We co-create with entrepreneurs, investors and changemakers to scale ideas that endure.

We’ve partnered with Consensus Pty Ltd, the team behind the prestigious Consensus Awards, a 26-year track record of identifying Australia and New Zealand’s most successful and innovative technology companies. The awards have been instrumental in the early recognition of firms such as Atlassian, WiseTech Global, and Integrated Research—all long before their global success.
The iMoney Consensus Award Winners Wholesale Fund is an innovation fund that selectively invests in companies with a direct link to the Consensus Awards, whether they are recent winners, highly commended entrants, or founded by past award recipients. The Fund is open only to Wholesale Clients, as defined in the Corporations Act (section 761G or 761GA).
We believe that the Consensus Awards judging process acts as a unique, proven due diligence screen. With more than 1,200 technologies evaluated, and over 200 award winners since 2000, the Awards are a credible predictor of commercial success. By investing in companies at multiple stages—early, mid, and public, the Fund provides a diversified innovation portfolio grounded in expert validation.
Rigorous, independent judging
The Consensus Awards assess companies on three dimensions:
Consensus Awards has over 160 registered judges - independent experts across all industry sectors. Judging panels for each assessment are formed to match judges’ expertise with the solutions being vetted, which is the equivalent of a high-quality investment committee process.
Our capital is allocated with the goal of balancing high-growth potential and liquidity:
With venture returns increasingly concentrated in fewer high-performing companies, the Consensus Awards offer a statistically significant edge. Over 90% of past winners have gone on to achieve material success. The Fund captures this potential, giving investors early and diversified access to the next generation of market leaders.
The iMoney Consensus Award Winners Wholesale Fund goes beyond traditional venture investing by leveraging a track record of independent, expert-led award assessments. It's innovation investing with due diligence built in.
Join us. Invest in the companies shaping the future.
" The Consensus Awards started in 1999 with a focus of recognising excellence through a range of Awards and Recognition programs. Each program features clearly defined judging criteria, fully independent judges and Awards made on merit with results “Endorsed by Consensus”.
